"Walk towards the light and set off immediately"

To provide a refreshing break from our busy schedules, East Point Medical organized a one-day hiking team-building activity at the picturesque Hongye Guide Scenic Area on November 3rd.

Nestled by the banks of the Nantiaoxi River, Lin'an Hongye Zhinan Village boasts a rich history spanning over 2000 years. The village is adorned with over 470 acres of stunning terraced fields and more than 340 rare ancient trees, including maple, Tianmu ironwood, and ginkgo, with a remarkable forest coverage rate exceeding 93%. It is rightfully hailed as the "most beautiful ancient village in East China."

Setting off from the scenic area's parking lot, our hiking team embarked on a memorable journey to Tangding Wonderland in Zhinan Village. It took us 4 hours to reach the summit on foot. Along the way, colleagues from East Point Medical walked shoulder to shoulder, basking in the natural beauty and engaging in fruitful discussions on business collaboration and professional knowledge exchange. Despite encountering rugged mountain trails and some teammates lagging behind, we rallied together, offering encouragement and assistance, as we courageously forged ahead towards our shared goal.

This team-building excursion not only afforded us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature's splendor but also fostered deeper communication and collaboration among departments, thereby strengthening our team's cohesion. As the saying goes, "A single person may walk fast, but a group can go further." It is through collective effort and unity that we can achieve greater success.
